CMF strictly believes in both the youth as well as women empowerment and to achieve employment rate and also to reduce unemployment ratio within a short period.
CMF has special task teams in 28 States except Jammu and Kashmir, and having a man power of 5000 members across India, and only in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh we have 1200 members’ man power. CMF has setup a platform where these teams in the past and present have worked in Geographical Navigation System, PA & POI Collection and Road mapping elements too.
Keeping in mind on how to provide more employment opportunities, CMF is struggling to help out mainly those who are from socially and economically backward communities and provide them a platform to adjust them in the job offers which are only related to CMF.
